HOW OFTEN WILL MY AD PLAY?

The frequency of your ad plays depends on the number of ads in rotation and the number of digital signs in your area. On average, ads receive about 1,350 plays per day per network. For more specific numbers, contact us to get proof-of-play statistics.

CAN I CANCEL AT ANY TIME?

Yes, you can cancel your monthly subscription at any time. Your ad will continue to run until the end of the current billing cycle. Annual subscriptions are non-refundable due to the significant discount offered.

WHAT IS YOUR REFUND POLICY?

We do not offer refunds for ads that have already run. Annual subscriptions are heavily discounted and are non-refundable. If you are unsure about committing long-term, we recommend starting with a month-to-month plan.

CAN I SUBMIT MY OWN AD?

Absolutely! When you first sign up, or subscribe to a new network in your customer portal, you have the option to upload your advertisement directly to the platform. Please ensure your ad is 1365 x 920 for the main zone or 540 x 920 for the vertical zone. JPG or PNG formats accepted.

WHAT IF I DON'T HAVE AN AD?

Yes, our design team can create a custom ad for you available as an optional add-on when you sign up for a network. Just email us your logo and the text you’d like included, and we’ll handle the rest. We recommend keeping the text brief so it’s easily readable within 8 seconds.

WHAT PAYMENT OPTIONS ARE AVAILABLE?

We accept all major credit cards and ACH payments for both monthly and annual subscriptions. Please note that we no longer accept physical checks. This allows us to process your payments more quickly and securely, ensuring seamless service for your advertising needs.

HOW DO I SIGN UP?

Click on “Login / Signup” at the top of our website, create an account, select your network(s), upload your ad, and make your payment. Once your ad is approved, it will be uploaded to our screens.

HOW LONG DOES MY AD STAY ON SCREEN?

Main zone ads run for 8 seconds, while vertical zone ads run for 20 seconds. If you need longer display times, contact us for a quote.

CAN MY AD BE A VIDEO?

Yes!

CAN I CHANGE MY AD?

Yes, you can update your ad at any time through your customer portal. If you need us to design or revise your ad, additional fees will apply.

HOW LONG UNTIL MY AD IS RUNNING?

We strive to approve ads as quickly as possible. If your ad has not been approved within 72 hours, please contact us.

WHAT KIND OF DISPLAYS DO YOU USE?

We use 32, 40, 43, 50, and 65-inch televisions, all controlled remotely to ensure optimal ad performance.

WHAT ARE THE GUIDELINES FOR A VIDEO AD?

We recommend the following:
8-second intervals in length
Up to 50 MB file size
1365 x 920 resolution
MP4 format

CAN I PROVIDE MY OWN VIDEO FOR THE AD?

Yes! Upload your video through your customer portal. Ensure it meets our technical and content guidelines.

WHAT IF I HAVE FOOTAGE BUT NEED HELP PRODUCING THE VIDEO AD?

We offer video production services. For $250, we will edit your footage. For $500, we provide full production services including filming and editing.

CAN I UPDATE OR CHANGE MY VIDEO AD DURING THE YEAR-LONG COMMITMENT?

Yes, changes can be made to your video ad; however the length must remain the same. Additional charges may apply if new video content needs to be produced.
